ProductBuilder

Terms

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms apply when you use ProductBuilder. By logging in you accept them.

The service

ProductBuilder helps you go from an idea to a working product: projects, a checklist, domains, servers, code, emails and an AI assistant. Access is by invitation. We work hard to keep it available and safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted.

Your account

Keep your login codes and access keys to yourself. You're responsible for what happens with your account and for what you put in your projects.

Costs of outside services

Some actions cost money at an outside provider, such as buying a domain or starting a server. ProductBuilder always shows the cost and asks for your confirmation first. Those costs are yours once you confirm.

Your content and code

What you create in ProductBuilder, including the code in your repositories, is yours. We only use it to give you the service.

AI

The assistant's suggestions can contain mistakes. Check them before you use them, especially before anything goes live.

Fair use

Don't use ProductBuilder for anything illegal, to send spam, or in a way that harms the service or other people. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months, except where the law doesn't allow that.

Changes and law

We tell you by email before we change these terms. Belgian law applies, and the courts of Brussels are competent.
